What can I say about this picture? It's simple enough, just a small ray of light filtering through the trees that iluminates a little section af a stream at the park. Very simple but at the same time beautiful and peaceful in my opinion.

Finally one of the elusive deer. Everytime i've been to a park in the last few weeks I have one or two deer cross my path, but they are always too fast , and are gone before I can take my camera out. This one today just stood there watching me actually long enough for me to take 4 pictures with different settings. It wasn't until I put the camera away and started rollerblading again that I noticed that there was a baby deer right beside it.

This bridge is somewhere around the Coralville lake. Don't ask me where because I am not completely sure where I was most of the time. Good thing I had a friend showing me the way =)

This is maybe a bit late, since the 4th of July was a week ago, but I just figured today that I needed at least one fireworks picture, and this one from the show at Ellis Park will do just fine.

Carry your camera everywhere because you never know when you'll find something beautiful. This little bug today was probably wondering what that strange woman was doing pointing a black box at him while wearing wheels on her feet.
